Malaysia Airlines IMPORTANT UPDATE: CEO Admits Hazardous Materials Onboard

Saturday, March 22, 2014

New facts about Malaysia Airlines flight 370 continue to seep into the media as weeks go by with still no plane discovered. The Daily Mail reported that flight 370 was carrying flammable lithium-ion batteries in its cargo.

This new fact helps the theory that the plane caught fire and fell to the ocean seem more logical. Four days after denying any hazardous materials on the plane, Malaysia airlines CEO finally admits to the fact that there were flammable lithium-ion batteries on board. However this is still a mystery. The fact that the plane was rerouted before the pilot said, "All right, goodnight," and signed off for the night still remains unexplainable. This routine sign off gave the families and friends of the passengers a false hope that made it seem like nothing went wrong.

The other theory that Malaysia Airlines and investigators continue to say is most unlikely is a hijacking. Malaysia investigators not admitting to the hazardous materials on board, makes me think what else could they be concealing? A hijacking may be much more likely than the public thinks, or what the investigators want us to think.

China has spotted two massive objects in the Southern Indian Ocean that seemed to be related to the missing jet; however Australia sent planes to check on the objects on Saturday, and none were found. These seem to be similar to the objects Australia reported to see on satellites, but China claims they are new.

The search intensifies as Flight 370 became the longest-ever missing commercial airplane. Malaysia politician, Hishammuddin Hussein, stated"This is going to be a long haul."
