New York Rangers: 3
Pittsburgh Penguins: 1

Facing elimination, the New York Rangers were in a must win situation. Martin St. Louis was especially emotional, with his family in the crowd, on Mother's Day following his mother's death on Thursday. After scoring the first goal, St. Louis scooped up the puck and gave it to his father after the game because of its significance to his family. Hagelin and Brassard added to the scoresheet for the Rangers. Meanwhile Brandon Sutter added one goal for the Penguins deflecting off a couple of Rangers before entering the net. Tuesday night in Pittsburgh at 7pm EST will be game 7!

Chicago Blackhawks: 2
